Saved Games
This is a game I saved using my North America map v1.0. I've tried to build all the American cities close to where they should be while at the same time controlling all the territory the U.S. actually does take up. Some allowances had to be made, though. For example, there are big gaps in the Rockies and I just couldn't fit Baltimore in at all.
